“From the Lusaka Decongestion Project to the construction of a new bridge connecting Zambia and Botswana over the Zambezi river, Zambia is undoubtedly witnessing an unprecedented road infrastructure development.”
We had the pleasure to sit down with Hon. Vincent Mwale, Zambia’s Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, and discuss about how infrastructure has the potential to change not only people’s lives – opening up areas which had roads which were completely impassible and hence now giving easy access to markets, health and educational facilities- but also the country’s attractiveness for foreign direct investment.
